Real well & septic report types — not blank checklists
Purpose-built templates: 101 structured fields for a well, 158 for a septic, spring as its own type. This software knows what a pressure switch is.
Sections appear only when they exist
No pump system? The pump section doesn't print. Spring instead of drilled well? The report reshapes itself — no dead "None Located" padding.
Typed data, not loose text
Numbers carry units (feet, PSI, gallons). "Per tag" and "as measured" are separate readings. Dropdowns use fixed choices so the same condition is always worded the same way.
"Information unavailable" is an honest answer
Missing well tag? The tech marks it unavailable and the report says so cleanly — an answered field, not a hole.

Draw on any photo

Photos are un-losable
Deleting asks "are you sure?" and shows a thumbnail of the exact photo. Even then, it only fades to a marked ghost the office can resurrect. You can't re-photograph a buried tank — now you'll never need to.
